This part fits and is for a 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z 3.5L six cylinder with rear wheel drive; this part is a direct-fit bolt on front flex y pipe; this part has 3 2-bolt flanges, the front 2 bolt flanges bolt up to the catalytic converters on the right and left side respectively. In the rear the part bolts onto the middle resonator assembly with two bolts as well. Please remember to check compatibility of this part as it fits only rear wheel drive models!
