ExhaustDR.com reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any of these Terms & Conditions set out here at any time without notice. Further, each time this website is used to browse or shop, you are accepting all of our Terms & Conditions in whole. If not accepted, please discontinue use of this site immediately.
Ordering:
- Customer’s must provide physical address for shipment.
- All payments must clear before we ship any purchases.
- Please report any issues, damages, missing items with your order within 48HRS of receiving your package.
Cancellation Policy:
- Customer’s can ONLY cancel their shipment if a shipping label has not been generated.
- Please send us a message through our Contact Us page immediately if you require to cancel your purchase.
- Refunds will go back to your original payment method; we are not responsible for any delays in receiving your refund.
- In most cases refunds can take up to 7 days to reflect back on your account’s statement.
Shipping:
- Normally all items are shipped within 1 business day; though we try our best to stick to this time frame, they are estimates only and not a guarantee.
- We do not take responsibility for delays due to back orders, custom delays, weather conditions, etc.
- If an item is back ordered we will contact you immediately to offer you additional options.
- All items are shipped through UPS; please contact us if you require additional services.
- We do not ship to P.O. BOXES, please provide a UPS access point address or a physical shipping address when checking out.
- We do not take responsibility for delay in shipment due to incorrect address.
- If an item shows delivered and you did not receive it, we are not responsible. Please take up all lost shipments with UPS.
- DO NOT refuse any packages, if refused you will not get a refund as we do not get refused packages back to our returns depot.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days on NEW and UNUSED parts only (non-modified, test run parts, painted, altered, used, or any of the sorts will not be accepted).
- We reserve the right to decline any returns that does not qualify as new according to our standards of ‘new, never used’
- 30 day period starts from when shipment tracking indicates delivered.
- Return shipping must be paid by buyer, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover our initial shipment costs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No returns on used or damaged parts, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- ALL returns must be shipped back via UPS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any charges levied from a return by the shipment carrier will be deducted from refunds.
Warranty:
- Our warranty covers our catalytic converters from defect for 4 years or 40 000 miles.
- All exhaust pipes, mufflers, and resonators carry a 1 Year or 20 000 miles warranty.
- Warranty claims will only be granted to the original purchaser of the part; and only apply to the original vehicle it was installed on.
- Warranty period starts from date shown delivered as per customer’s shipment tracking. Warranty replacement does not extend the lifespan of the warranty period.
- We do not warrant broken or melted catalytic converters or any catalytic converters burnt through due to misfires or lack of maintenance.
- All warranty claims if accepted will only result in replacement of same or better part as originally purchased.
- Absolutely NO refunds on warranty claims.
- Warranties DO NOT cover labor, installation, or other miscellaneous costs that may be incurred.
- Warranty claims must accompany the necessary documentation listed in our Warranty Claims page.
Due Diligence:

- All customer’s agree to fully read and comprehend our product listing page before purchasing.
- Customer’s must ensure that they are ordering the correct item according to our fitment data, title, product descriptions, etc.
- If there is even an ounce of doubt of whether you are purchasing the correct item, DO NOT PURCHASE! Simply contact us and send us your VIN# and we will direct you to the correct part.
- Returns can be costly, technician costs can be costly, and all in all a lot of time wasted on a time sensitive purchase; let us make sure you are getting the right part before you order the wrong one! Contact us!
